Consumer Return and Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, other applicable New Zealand laws and regulations, and any express warranty provided by Wetta Industries Ltd, you may be eligible to return the product subject to this Consumer Return and Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, you can return any product incorrectly purchased directly from us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be returned to us in an unused condition, with the original packaging in saleable condition. You must provide proof of purchase with the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product returned is damaged, incomplete or in used condition.

We recommend you obtain a proof of posting. Wetta is not responsible for any damage or loss to returned product that is incurred in transit.
All products returned under this Policy are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of purchase price.
We will usually make any refunds using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
