Shipping Policy
Wetta Industries Ltd offers free freight for all orders $200 (GST excl). and over throughout New Zealand. Orders under $200 (GST excl) will be charged $15 for North Island Delivery and $10 for South Island Delivery.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day of taking payment. Our delivery times are 1 - 3 business days for Metro/Urban Areas and 3 - 5 business days for Rural addresses.
While we will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as we can delivery times are subject to change without notice and may be longer around public holidays or due to disruptions arising from certain events.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent along with confirmation of your order once it is dispatched. You can use this to check the status of your order at PBT Tracking.
My order was missing an item/was damaged?
If part of your order is missing or damaged please let us know so that we can arrange for delivery of the missing or damaged items. The best way to get in touch is to leave a message via our Contact Us Page.
Can I return a delivered product?
Please see our Returns Policy for information on returning products.
Can you deliver to my P.O. Box?
Delivery is to physical Residential and Commercial Addresses only. If you enter a P.O. or Community Box delivery address we will contact you to confirm a more appropriate address for your delivery.
